Framed

What a wonderful way to end the work week. On Friday, I got a big box from Jill Rensel..my Christmas Garden is finally ready to hang! I love the way it turned out. DH: "You put yours and the 3 kids' initials?" Like I would do such a thing..I guess that is better than him asking how come I have his initials on there twice. MEN.


Here is a closeup of the frame:


And then there is the sampler from the Honeysuckle Manor book, to which I added my maternal grandmother's name. I think it is so feminine looking.

I absolutely LOVE your two samplers. They are now definitely on the must stitch this year list...grins...The framing is beautiful too. What an amazing accomplishment. You must be so proud and happy to see them hanging in your home.I hope you are having a Happy Mother's Day.

I was so happy to see your CG framed! The picture is breathtaking, I can't imagine how beautiful it is in person. Jill, did a fantasic job with both pieces. Will you hang them together???? Can't wait to see The Birds and The Bees!!!!!

Love your choices! What gorgeous samplers. My BF wouldn't notice anyone's initials. I've got the Honeysuckle Manor book (and am working on C. Garden--man, am I tired of those colors) and you've spurred me on to start one and finish the other!
